Who do you typically work with?
❯
Usually solo consultants and founder-led agencies who are struggling to get deals over the line.
Who should join from my team?
❯
I insist on working directly with the founder or MD for this work as it’s so crucial. You might also bring in other people responsible for new business throughout the process.
Can you do the workshops in-person?
❯
I can, but it depends on location and also will come at an extra cost to cover time and travel. Remote usually works fine.
What are the main deliverables?
❯
With the full Buyability Blueprint package you’ll get the audit report, offer page (as a google doc), the buyer journey map, and recordings of all the workshops.
If you buy the audit then you’ll obviously just get the audit report.
How can I validate the offer?
❯
A big part of the process is all about validation. You'll share the google doc with current clients, previous clients, or ideally actual prospects to see how it lands with them.
Can I buy the audit and then upgrade?
❯
Of course! Once I deliver the audit, you can either take it and fix the issues yourself or move on to the full package, minus the £500 cost you’ve already paid for the audit.
How long does it take?
❯
The full package takes roughly 4-6 weeks from kickoff to handover of the deliverables, depending on how fast you can get the feedback.
The audit on its own takes around 3-5 business days for me to write and send over.
Will you help with execution?
❯
At the end of the process, you'll still need to develop other assets and potentially make ongoing tweaks to your offer. We can discuss ways in which I can stay around to help.
Do you do any market research?
❯
I may do some light desk research as part of the audit, but most of the market-specific knowledge should come from you or your team.
