Usually solo consultants who are struggling to sell their offer or want to launch and test a new offer. I also work with other types of B2B service providers like marketing agencies or accounting firms.
Can you do the workshops in-person?

I can, but it depends on location and also will come at an extra cost to cover time and travel. Remote usually works fine.
What are the main deliverables?

With the full Buyability Blueprint package you’ll get the audit report, offer page (as a google doc), the buyer journey map, and recordings of all the workshops.
With the Buyability Basecamp package the only deliverables from me are the session recordings and completed exercises/frameworks.
How can I validate the offer?

A big part of the full process is all about validation. You'll share the google doc with current clients, previous clients, or ideally actual prospects to see how it lands with them. Obviously if you just buy the workshop you'll have to do this bit yourself.
How long does it take?

The full process takes roughly 4 weeks from kickoff to handover of the deliverables, depending on how fast you can get the feedback.
The basecamp takes just the two-hours that the workshop lasts for.
Will you help with execution?

At the end of the process, you'll still need to develop other assets and potentially make ongoing tweaks to your offer. We can discuss ways in which I can stay around to help.
Do you do any market research?

I may do some light desk research as part of my immersion, but most of the market-specific knowledge should come from you or your team.
