STEP 01:

We'll turn your services into a packaged-up offer.

In two 90-minute workshops, I'll help you focus in on your ideal client, figure out the core problem you solve for them, and build out the solution that you offer.

You'll get a completed offer canvas that outlines the building blocks of your new offer so that you're crystal clear on what you're actually selling.

STEP 02:

You'll go and validate your new offer with some actual clients.

Based on the workshops, I'll write an offer doc for you. This is a google doc that clearly lays out your new offer. You'll then share this with prospects and clients for feedback.

This gives us an early indication of what works and what doesn't, and helps us make sure that your offer passes the buyability test.

STEP 03:

I'll turn that offer copy into a sales page wireframe.

Now that we've validated your offer and refined the messaging, I'll turn the offer doc into a landing page wireframe, ready to be added to your website.

You'll get a Figma wireframe with copy in place so you can hand over to your designer (or DIY if you prefer).

STEP 04:

We'll map your offers into a more cohesive offer ecosystem.

In a final one-hour workshop, we’ll map out the various offers you have and how they all connect together in terms of upselling, cross-selling, or downselling.

You'll have a much clearer picture of how you can help your clients and identify any gaps on your offer ecosystem that you can start thinking about filling.

Who do you typically work with?

Usually B2B consultants who are struggling to sell their current offer or are looking to launch a new one. I also sometimes work with other B2B service providers like agencies or accounting firms.

How do I know if I'm ready?

The main criteria I look for in a client are at least a couple years of experience in their field (in-house can count towards this), a relatively steady stream of leads and ongoing marketing efforts.

What are the main deliverables?

For the full Blueprint package, you'll walk away with the offer canvas, offer doc, sales page wireframe, and offer ecosystem map. For the workshop-only Basecamp package, you'll just get the offer canvas.

How can I validate the offer?

Validation is a crucial part of my process. You'll share the offer doc I write for you with prospects and clients to get some feedback before we move to your sales page.

How long does it take?

The full package takes roughly four weeks from start to finish, dependent on feedback turnarounds. The workshop-only package takes about a week in total for the two workshops.

Can you help with execution?

You'll typically be better off working with a copywriter to deliver other assets after work together. But I can stick around and help guide execution and iterate on your offer(s).
