Who do you typically work with?
Usually B2B consultants who are struggling to sell their current offer or are looking to launch a new one. I also sometimes work with other B2B service providers like agencies or accounting firms.
How do I know if I'm ready?
The main criteria I look for in a client are at least a couple years of experience in their field (in-house can count towards this), a relatively steady stream of leads and ongoing marketing efforts.
What are the main deliverables?
For the full Blueprint package, you'll walk away with the offer canvas, offer doc, sales page wireframe, and offer ecosystem map. For the workshop-only Basecamp package, you'll just get the offer canvas.
How can I validate the offer?
Validation is a crucial part of my process. You'll share the offer doc I write for you with prospects and clients to get some feedback before we move to your sales page.
How long does it take?
The full package takes roughly four weeks from start to finish, dependent on feedback turnarounds. The workshop-only package takes about a week in total for the two workshops.
Can you help with execution?
You'll typically be better off working with a copywriter to deliver other assets after work together. But I can stick around and help guide execution and iterate on your offer(s).
