Design a consulting offer that practically sells itself.

Most independent consultants don't have a sales problem. They have an offer problem. In this four-session cohort, you'll redesign your offer so it's easier for the right buyers to say yes, without needing a better pitch, a bigger network, or a longer sales process.

Does this sound like you?

You do great work but it’s impossible to explain what you actually do.
You’re getting some interest from clients but actually closing deals is a struggle.
You end up having to build a custom offer for every client and drown in delivery.

Chances are you're trying to fix this by being better at selling.

You think a better pitch is the answer. You think more follow-up will fix your pipeline. You think a slicker proposal will get more clients to sign that dotted line.

But the result is you spend more time in sales conversations that go nowhere. You resort to discount desperation. You keep attracting the wrong, bad-fit clients.

And the good ones - the ones you actually want to work with - don't really understand what makes you different.

But the problem's not how you sell... it's what you're selling.

Most sales advice is designed for sellers, not buyers. It teaches you how to handle objections, create urgency, and close faster.

But none of that fixes the underlying issue: an offer that's hard to understand, hard to evaluate, and hard to commit to.

Buyability is about fixing the offer itself. Making it desired, different, and decisive. So the right buyers can get themselves to yes with minimal friction and minimal selling from you.

So I’ll help you build a more buyable offer in a four week group program.

It's a structured four-session cohort where you'll work through the same exercises I use in my flagship Buyability Blueprint in a small group format, at your own pace, with a final 1:1 session to bring your thinking together.

Each session starts with me explaining the exercises and walking through examples, so you know exactly what you're doing. Then you go away and do the exercises for yourself as homework.

The final session is a 1:1 with me to consolidate everything and make sure you leave with something you can actually use.
Session 01:
You'll learn what actually makes an offer more buyable and why it's so important for today's buyer preferences.
Session 02:
You'll learn how to choose the right market and a problem to solve for them with my tried-and-tested frameworks.
Session 03:
You'll learn how to build your offer, including process, timeframe, and pricing with a series of exercises.
Session 04:
You'll join me for a final 1:1 session where I provide feedback and steer you in the right direction with your new offer.

Other stuff you should know...

Who is this for?

Independent consultants who know their offer isn't landing the way it should, but aren't ready to commit to the full Buyability Blueprint process. If you want structured guidance and the discipline of a cohort format, this is the right place to start.

When are the sessions?

I usually aim for around 15:00 UK time on Wednesdays. But this can vary month to month so get in touch and I can supply more accurate dates/times.

How much of my time will this take?

Four hours of sessions, plus time between each session to complete the exercises. Most people find it takes a few hours per week across the cohort.

How big is the cohort?

I keep it small - a maximum of five consultants per cohort. Small enough that sessions feel personal, and you get genuine value from hearing how others are approaching the same exercises.

Do I already need an offer?

Most consultants that join the cohort will have an existing offer but it might not be packaged up properly. It's good to have a bit of experience already so you have foundations to build upon. If you're totally new to consulting my recommendation is to go out and experiment with different things for a while first.

What if I miss a session?

The group sessions will be recorded and sent out straightaway so if you can’t make it you can watch it back and get up to speed. Of course it’s much more valuable if you can make them all!

What if I want more support?

If you want me to handle the execution - offer document, prospect validation, landing page wireframe, and buyer journey map - the Buyability Blueprint is the natural next step. We can talk about that after the cohort if it feels right.

How is this different from the Buyability Blueprint?

The Blueprint is a fully 1:1 engagement that includes everything in the cohort plus me writing your offer document, validating your offer, and producing your landing page wireframe and buyer journey map. The cohort covers just the offer design workshop where you'll do the exercises yourself.
